No Hibernate Option in Vista

I came across this annoyance on my boss' computer today. He had no "Hibernate" option on shutdown in his Vista Business laptop. Luckily, the KB928897 mentions how to fix it:

• Open a new cmd window, run as Administrator
• Type powercfg -h on
• Enjoy!
